Locale: a site that finally reflected what the business could actually do
Locale had always had a strong technological capability. The site just didn't show it. With brand and messaging also evolving, the risk was launching something that already felt out of step with where the business actually was.
I worked across structure, UX and CMS implementation to give the site a stronger foundation, then stayed close through launch and post-launch refinement — improving load speed significantly, cleaning up the codebase, and leaving the team with something clearer to build from.
Ingenious Power Engineering: the business was moving forward. The brand hadn't.
Ingenious were growing, but their presence didn't yet reflect it. They were winning work — the materials, brand and digital foundation just weren't keeping pace with the business behind them.
What followed was a sustained engagement spanning brand, website strategy, messaging and early digital product work — joining up the bigger picture with practical delivery across all of it.
Turning fleet and EV expertise into something customers could act on.
A leading international fleet and mobility business had the knowledge their customers needed. The problem was that it was difficult to navigate, hard to act on, and sitting at a distance from real decisions.
The work produced a news portal and a suite of interactive tools that closed that gap — later adapted for broker websites and localised for French, Italian and German markets.
