3. Prototype

   A mid-fidelity prototype that tests the core of the idea. Enough to learn from, but lean enough to change.

4. Test

   We put the prototype in front of users or stakeholders. We capture signals, objections, questions, and unexpected opportunities.

5. Decide

   We translate what we learned into practical next steps. What to build, what to pivot, and what to drop.
